National winners of the 2009 TakeABreak
Best Places to Stay Awards will be named in November.
Judges look at relevance to the category,
information provided to guests, service provided and personal
guest feedback.
Penny Parsons, joint CEO of TakeABreak.com.au
explained “With so many accommodation options to choose
from, these awards allow us to showcase operators who provide
exceptional facilities and services for their guests.”
“Many of our accommodation operators
are small and family businesses, so we keep the awards process
simple by shortlisting based on feedback from guests who
have actually stayed at the property. This encourages all
operators to continually focus on what counts – the
guest” Young concluded.
